Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

I have bought drinks a few times recently and every time the experience is bad. First, they take long to prepare the orders, and sometimes they aren't even busy, the drinks have no flavor. I ordered 2 taro slushies this week and they were completely liquid. I had no complaints at first when they opened but the quality has decreased tremendously. I wanted to give it a chance but with my last order being bad again, I don't think I will buy again.

Kids were hungry and we got here at 840pm and I do realize that they close at 9pm. Anyway, ordered 4 boba teas and 4 waffle. Was told waffles take 10 minutes each so I can order 4. I said ok let's do 1 then. She came back to say they can't even do 1. I guess there was no batter. So I cancelled the whole order and left at 850pm ....while other cashiers were sitting infront chilling.

EDITED 10/10/25: I hate to say this, maybe they have new staff. But the tapioca was undercooked (with the hard stuff in it) the last 2 times I went ----------- 6/24/25 If you are searching for amazing boba and great service... LOOK NO FURTHER. This place is friendly, clean and their boba is top notch! I highly recommend the brown sugar boba! I went to 2 of their locations and they are both awesome!

The customer service is sucky. We watched the staff talk for a good 5 to 10 minutes instead of making drinks and getting the snacks out the freezer. I'd understand if it was crowded and there was a wait time but we were the only ones there. I ordered an overpriced prepackaged frozen crepe cake for about $6/7. It's very Mid. I asked for a fork to eat it with and they said they ran out. . . We also got a Frozen prepackaged coffee roll. Theres ice on it, the ice that melted and made the cake all soggy. I can look past that fine. But the taste. It tastes like cardboard and it smells weird. I personally won't be coming back.

Really cute place, but there was only 1 person working. A family of 4 was in front of us, and the person working let us wait there without saying anything. We didn't even get to order because he spent so much time making 3 teas that we finally left. It's ashamed because he didn't even acknowledge. Horrible customer service! Drinks on social media looked amazing, but visiting in person was a letdown. Won't be back.
